Forget about jogging to lose fat

Surely jogging is the best way to lose weight? You see loads of people jogging out  on the streets, pounding away, clocking up many miles. They can't all be wrong surely?

Well that's one way to lose fat, but the problem with jogging is that your appetite is ramped up afterwards. So those 200 calories you burned jogging could be wiped out and then some when you have a sandwich to satisfy your hunger.

A much better approach is to burn the calories without causing an increase in hunger.

Enter Incline Cardio - a new program which lets you walk that fat off!

Incline Cardio combines walking at a certain incline on a treadmill, along with holding a specific posture to also work your ab muscles.

You only need to spend 10 to 15 minutes doing this. Forget about jogging in the rain for an hour every day.

New way to lose belly fat without exercising for hours?

Nowadays it seems everyone is looking for a way to reduce their belly fat. Most people turn to hours and hours of "cardio" on exercise machines, but it turns out there's a better, more efficient way to lose belly fat.

Clay Rogers has discovered a secret - if you walk on a treadmill at just the right angle you can work your abs whilst burning off the fat from your stomach.

Clay wouldn't be too happy with me if I gave away his secrets altogether, but you have to walk at just the right speed, with the right posture for the right amount of time. Combine all 3 and you have a fat loss recipe for success!

Check out Clay Roger's Incline Cardio to get the secret to walking off your tummy fat.

Walk your way to a 6 pack

Everyone wants a nice toned stomach, even a full on 6 pack, but not everyone has the time to spend hours doing crunches and cardio to achieve their goals.

Now there's a way to get that 6 pack without spending hours in the gym!

It turns out that walking at an incline not only works your ab muscles, but also melts the fat off too!

Most people when they think of abs they think of crunches, but another way to work those stomach muscles is by working them isometrically in the way the plank works them. So by holding a unique posture while walking at an incline they ab muscles are forced to hold that position, giving them a thorough workout.

Whilst doing this you will also be melting the fat off your stomach, gradually revealing that lean tummy you've been wanting for years.

Cardio Program

Clay Rogers has created an excellent cardio program called Incline Cardio.

The Incline Cardio program differs from most programs as it is surprisingly easy to do, yet extremely effective.

Most other workouts have you sweating buckets then dreading the next visit to the gym. But Clay has found out how to get a good cardio workout whilst burning fat and also having the bonus of giving your abs a good workout at the same time.

It almost sounds too good to be true, but after trying it myself I can confirm that it really does work. After only a week my ab muscles started showing through. This was with only spending 15 minutes on a treadmill a few times a week!

Treadmill workout to lose weight

Many people are often looking for a good treadmill workout to lose weight.

Key points to look for in a good treadmill workout:

  • Takes as short a time as possible
  • Doesn't leave you feeling exhausted
  • Helps you lose weight quickly
  • Targets fat loss instead of muscle loss
Clay Rogers has written an excellent treadmill workout to lose weight called Incline Cardio.

This meets all targets set above: only takes 10-15 minutes a day, won't exhaust you, melts fat off quickly.

He stumbled on his technique almost accidentally whilst on holiday and came home to set about tweaking and testing it out - making it as efficient as possible, which is why it only takes 10-15 minutes a day.

Unlike most cardio treadmill programs it doesn't involve taxing HIIT (high intensity interval training), nor does it involve what's called "marathon cardio" (up to an hour or more).

His clever trick is setting the treadmill to a very specific incline setting then walking at a defined speed whilst holding a certain posture. This also help to target the ab muscles, helping you to build a 6 pack as your fat gets burned off quickly and easily.

Incline Cardio Review

Usually with cardio programs you get a complex set of instructions which look great on paper and you are excited to get started. What usually happens next is that when you try the new workout program in the gym you realise there's no way you can possibly keep it up. Before long you dread going to the gym, then you stop going altogether. What I really love about Incline Cardio is that I don't think this will happen with this routine. You see the difference here is that this is actually a simple routine which is enjoyable. Imagine doing a nice simple workout you look forward to! That's the secret the author Clay Rogers has built into his system.

In a nut shell you set the treadmill to a specific incline and speed and then you walk, whilst holding an exact posture. How long do you do this for? 30 minutes? An hour? Nope! Clay sets the guidelines as 10 to 15 minutes. No more, no less. He gives difference options depending on whether you are doing it after a resistance workout or doing it "solo". He even gives advanced options for losing fat even quicker.

So what's so special about walking at an exact incline, holding a set posture? Well the key is that your abs are engaged throughout the full 10-15 minutes, developing your abs whilst melting off the fat. Speaking of the fat loss there's really something magical going on here - the fat will just melt off! People often ask me - how can I get a 6 pack - well the answer is as simple as doing this cardio workout. You will walk that fat off of your stomach, whilst toning your tummy.

Clay details how to find your exact metabolic sweet spot, which will be different for everyone. Different incline setting, different speed. But the pace will be walking - never jogging. Full instructions are provided as PDF format as well as a nicely made video.

Pros of Incline Cardio:

  • A cardio routine you can perform every day if you want
  • Only 10 - 15 minutes, never more
  • A workout which doesn't leave you exhausted
  • Melts fat off
  • Develops great abs - a 6 pack on guys and defined abs on girls
  • Contains a video demonstration plus a PDF full of info

Cons of Incline Cardio:

  • Quite a short pdf, but that's also what's great - it's so uncomplicated.
  • You will sweat during those 10-15 minutes - more than you think!
  • Having to buy a new wardrobe when you lose that fat

Overall if I had to sum up this Incline Cardio review I'd say if you're looking to lose fat while toning your stomach or building a ripped six pack then this is the easiest way.

Clay has put together a really nice summary of Incline Cardio here. He gives the general idea of the workout system so you can get a feel for what to expect.
