Everyone wants a nice toned stomach, even a full on 6 pack, but not everyone has the time to spend hours doing crunches and cardio to achieve their goals.

It turns out that walking at an incline not only works your ab muscles, but also melts the fat off too!

Most people when they think of abs they think of crunches, but another way to work those stomach muscles is by working them isometrically in the way the plank works them. So by holding a unique posture while walking at an incline they ab muscles are forced to hold that position, giving them a thorough workout.

Whilst doing this you will also be melting the fat off your stomach, gradually revealing that lean tummy you've been wanting for years.

Cardio Program

Clay Rogers has created an excellent cardio program called Incline Cardio.

The Incline Cardio program differs from most programs as it is surprisingly easy to do, yet extremely effective.

Most other workouts have you sweating buckets then dreading the next visit to the gym. But Clay has found out how to get a good cardio workout whilst burning fat and also having the bonus of giving your abs a good workout at the same time.

It almost sounds too good to be true, but after trying it myself I can confirm that it really does work. After only a week my ab muscles started showing through. This was with only spending 15 minutes on a treadmill a few times a week!

Treadmill workout to lose weight

Many people are often looking for a good treadmill workout to lose weight.

Clay Rogers has written an excellent treadmill workout to lose weight called Incline Cardio.

This meets all targets set above: only takes 10-15 minutes a day, won't exhaust you, melts fat off quickly.

He stumbled on his technique almost accidentally whilst on holiday and came home to set about tweaking and testing it out - making it as efficient as possible, which is why it only takes 10-15 minutes a day.

Unlike most cardio treadmill programs it doesn't involve taxing HIIT (high intensity interval training), nor does it involve what's called "marathon cardio" (up to an hour or more).

His clever trick is setting the treadmill to a very specific incline setting then walking at a defined speed whilst holding a certain posture. This also help to target the ab muscles, helping you to build a 6 pack as your fat gets burned off quickly and easily.
