Walk your way to a 6 pack

Everyone wants a nice toned stomach, even a full on 6 pack, but not everyone has the time to spend hours doing crunches and cardio to achieve their goals.

Now there's a way to get that 6 pack without spending hours in the gym!

It turns out that walking at an incline not only works your ab muscles, but also melts the fat off too!

Most people when they think of abs they think of crunches, but another way to work those stomach muscles is by working them isometrically in the way the plank works them. So by holding a unique posture while walking at an incline they ab muscles are forced to hold that position, giving them a thorough workout.

Whilst doing this you will also be melting the fat off your stomach, gradually revealing that lean tummy you've been wanting for years.
